"Poor communication and terrible timing"
I had a frustrating experience. I asked a few basic questions and kept getting passed from one person to another, or just ignored completely. Nobody seemed to be on the same page, and the timing of everything made it even worse because I was already trying to get things done quickly. For what I paid, the service felt really careless. Not a place I’d be in a hurry to go back to.

"Icy slopes, limited terrain, and no follow-up"
The conditions were disappointing. The runs were icy all over, the snow was patchy in a lot of spots, and there just wasn’t much terrain open for what we paid. I also tried to follow up about the experience afterward and never heard back, which made it even more frustrating.

"Parking pretty much ruined it for me"
The parking situation was such a mess. It took us almost two hours just to get in, and once we were there, nobody seemed to know where cars were supposed to go. Maybe the skiing would’ve been fine, but after sitting in traffic that long, it kind of made the whole place feel not worth it. I swear we spent more time in the car than actually skiing.

"Tickets are a little pricey"
The tickets were a bit more expensive than I would’ve liked, which was kind of annoying. That said, it was mostly worth it in the end.

"Nice mountain, but some things were kind of hit or miss"
Overall I had a good time on the mountain, but the food situation was a little mixed. Some of it was decent, just felt overpriced for what it was, and the lunch lines got old fast. The bathrooms and seating on the mountain were fine enough, though not always the cleanest. Lockers were helpful and the signs made getting around easier, but a few areas felt crowded and a bit worn down, like they could use some updating or just... I don’t know, a little more attention.

"I didn’t feel very safe on..."
I didn’t feel very safe on the mountain. I thought ski patrol would be more helpful when we needed them, and maybe they were busy, but still, it didn’t really feel like they did much. It kind of changed my whole impression of the place halfway through the day.

"Way too crowded lately"
I went on a weekend recently and spent more time standing in lift lines than actually skiing. The place was packed, and even some of the runs felt crowded enough that it was hard to relax and enjoy it. I do like the mountain, but for what it costs, it’s frustrating when a basic expectation like being able to get a decent number of runs in just feels ignored. Not sure it’s worth the price on busy days anymore.
